awww. It is a very exciting time to be alive, only because of the laser diode technology
This will be perfect for single mode diode projectors. Is the beam as "bad" as the dot profile? compared to the other single mode green LD ?

This is a great diode, this is what I currently have, the module version, in a custom Eghemus host. I am still hoping for a 488nm

I agree, I like the 515nm better than the 520nm. Got one build with a 515 and another still in the package waiting for a build.

Would be real nice if they came out with a 1 watt 515 that would be real sharp!
