Will customs take my laser?

So I just ordered another 1 watt laser off of lazerer for a present, and I forgot to order it without bats. Will customs take my laser because of this? Hope they don't. Btw it is coming to U.S.

Well i cant speak for US customs but i have lost 4 lasers to Australian customs i know as you mentioned to not send the battery and i also mention to not send a charger if it comes with one just the laser alone by itself and call it a torch ...honestly its 50/50 ive had half my stuff get grabbed at customs the other they miss luck of the draw good luck :shhh:

PS i know its been 4 i lost as i got a letter for each saying item not importable to Australian laws and if i want to fight it i can blah blah blah fill out the paperwork etc no point i would lose its gone .....

Well maybe the US are less tight but Australian customs are basterds just luck and if i loose half to me its worth it, its my hobby and its illegal basicaly so there are risks ,well someone in nanny government says its illegal mainly because of the tiny amount of idiots with lasers doing stupid and dangerous things

mine made it from israel through new york customs in less than a week WITH batteries, because it was labled a flashlight for the customs declaration. ive heard the place you baught it feom does the same. you should be fine if u still havent gotten it just be patient.
