I never said not to buy it.... Just warned against using the laser inappropriately. Its funny because WL pretty much spat in Lucas Films face, when they placed the seize and desist letter up on ebay. Now if anyone bad mouths WL... you get cut off. People have been banned from their forums for just mentioning LPF.

Well it's their forum, sad as it is, they can do anything with it. And LPF generally is their competition .. why would you want to advertise competition on your forums ?

They sell stupid lasers, they use stupid advertisement, they employ 13 year old children .. in this light, banning someone for competition advertisement sounds like totally ordinary news .. :umbrella:

If there's one thing you can always count on it's that wicked lasers will continue to be a joke and embarrass the laser community.

This is meant to appeal to Americans with too much money and little ability to think rationally about incredible claims.
We all know that Crooked Lasers only cares about one thing: mo-money, mo-money, mo-money.
Yes, as is typical of >99% of commercial enterprises, the almighty dollar is the primary objective. One thing wicked has mastered is their ability to blatantly lie to customers and make outlandish (often false) claims about their products just to appeal to those with more money than intelligence. :undecided:

If there's one thing I hate, that's stereotypisation; Americans are stupid/fat , Scotish are stupid/drunk, Dutch women are beautiful, [Random Country]'s are not, Croats are thieves.

People buying an Arctic are not instantly American and/or stupid. And the two are not mutually inexclusive.
So why don't you all stop yelling how Wicked is using the stupid people. Focus on well reasoned comments based on some god-damned facts, like power measurements from Jayrob, if you want to bash a specific product.
Note, it won't do any good besides venting your own steam.
Addendum to note, Wicked sure as he11 does not care about your opinion. They've got their 1W green most powerful handheld laser, let them have it. You're not going to buy it anyhow, why bang your head against the wall?
