I really want to get into laser pointers and accessories. I am wanted to get a burning laser pointer that I can burn matches and paper with but I am on a really tight budget, I want to spend as little as possible.

I have experience with soldering and wiring so I am okay with doing DIY projects.

I should add that I am in Canada so I would like to buy from Canadian sites or pay little for shipping.

thanks a lot guys, hope to become more of a regular here on these forums.

That's good you're ok with DIY projects because I understand importing complete lasers is becoming a problem in Canada so its better for you to buy parts and assemble the laser yourself. There are many Canadian members here so maybe they can better say where is best to buy from. Here is a list to get you started:

Survival Laser International Home
https://sites.google.com/site/dtrlpf/ DTR also sells some of his items on eBay and on Amazon. AixiZ also sells some items on Amazon and I have bought other stuff on Amazon such as safety glasses, chargers, and batteries. http://www.amazon.com/
www.aixiz.net
Illumn.com - Flashlights, Batteries, Carry Gear, Intelligent LED Lighting, and More!
And there are many members that machine hosts and heat sinks or make other items.
Mrcrouse, Jayrob, Flaminpyro, Ehgemus, Eudaimonium and some others. You can find them in the Buy/Sell/Trade section.
