So I just got this 200mw green laser and the dot was not precise at all it was like a flashlight ,I tried fixing it when the green turned to a faint red then just stopped working,it says paisen on it.I need to find just this one part in the picture ,and does red burn stuff better?

The red is almost invisible IR that can blind you.
I would throw it away and get a direct 515nm or 520nm green laser.
