Where was that 2x Aixiz glass lens for ~$10 deal?

Just FYI, I have these lenses in stock, Not as cheap as rayfoss but cheaper than aixiz. US shipping as well so if in the US, it can be there in days instead of weeks from china.

I also warranty them all against things like wrong coatings or loose lenses, or any other manufacturer defect, for that matter.

Update on Rayfoss lens order:

After having ordered:
2x Red glass lenses, 4x Blue glass lenses, 1x Silver DIY host....

I received:
2x Red glass lenses, 1x Blue glass lens, 1x Black DIY host.

Not very impressed. I emailed them yesterday. Still haven't heard back. I hope this is just an honest oversight. Especially given the comments I've heard recently about paypal disputes regarding laser parts often leading to the closure of the complainant's paypal account.

Regardless, I think I'd still file a dispute if Rayfoss doesn't resolve this, because I got SUBSTANTIALLY less than I ordered

^^ Just a heads up, You might not hear from them for another week or so, as its a Chinese holiday now witch they dont work and most likely not respond to your email.

They might even take longer then that to respond.

But iam sure you will end up getting your lens its just matter of how long the wait for them will be.

I'm fairly certain the holiday is over. DX is back and has been communicating rapidly. Ebay sellers from China are back, and communicating. John has been on these boards commenting. The "vacation" notices that all Chinese gadget sites had been displaying are gone. And orders from HK have been shipping.

I was fairly conscious of the holiday, but I think that's done with now, no ?

I'll give Rayfoss the benefit of the doubt and wait an extra day or so in case they have a backlog of communication buildup because of the holidays to get through. If I don't here from the them though, I'll try the paypal route.

Either way, I'll keep everyone updated!

I was still under the impression that it was still on as yesterday i Had to open a RMA at DX and when i went to submit it one of the pages said something in the nature of Chinese holiday and to bare with them.

I guess maybe today is there first day back. But usually they are still slow the first few day. So if you still have enough time left to hold off for at least 3 day before you run out of time to file a paypal dispute i would suggest waiting a few days. Unless you need the cash to buy replacement lenses for the ones that you dint get.

Just wanted to update my post and let everyone know that Rayfoss has made good on their error, and resolved the situation to my satisfaction.

People can make errors, as long as they fix them. So A+ from me for Rayfoss
