whats laser color is more popular ?

Green is the brightest Rectangle/circleish dot, Blue is the most powerful and has a rectangleish dot, red has not a very well visible beam and a perfect circle dot, and orange is basicly the same thing as red.

IMO 445nm is the most popular because of the power to cost ratio. My favorite is the 405nm for their burning power and ability to fluoresce GITD / fluorescent objects. For brightness I like the 532nm, but for me they are too expensive for anything high power. You can't go wrong with a 1W - 2W 445 
If you have only had a green laser, I think you would be impressed with the beam and power of a 445. Just make sure you buy appropriate safety glasses.

I voted blue/green. Though I'd say red is the most commonly owned since its the cheapest burner >300mw. Green IMO would be the second most commonly owned.

I voted blue, because of the dollar/watt ratio. It is just unbeatable, IMO.

When it comes to the hobbyists then blue seems most popular and green for the general public.
