I would buy a 1 mile long extention cord.
Then i would do squats untill i could carry that thing on my back.

Then i would have sex with 100s of nasty woman untill i got the AIDS

then i would go around town attacking people with my laser.

Sounds like a good deal to me, it's only $18 per watt... As for "online", where else are you going to sell it? The classified section of your newspaper? A yard sale? Only online are you going to find enough interested buyers for something like this. People buy and sell bigger things than this on eBay, this is small potatoes actually. At 1.8¢/mW, its substantially cheaper than any complete system you've bought before.
 
I would use it to sell it again and then buying some optotronics stuff. If I couldn't sell it, I guess it can light a match, so I would do that kind of things :(
