Yeah both my orders from nova took exactly one week to arrive. Does anyone know what the minimum power needed to light a match at around a foot is? I know theres other factors involved, but does any one have a ballpark? i was thinking around 85-90mW

I was able to get it at about 6 inches with the X75, the documentation they included said it averaged about 92.4mW. I tried at a foot but it wouldn't light. I was using Diamond Strike on Box Matches (wooden match, red tip)

that's a very subjective question because a lot of it has got to to with the color of the match head and how you prep it. it'll be easier of you take a black permenant marker and colored the matchhead from the stick to the head and then aim your laser at the point the sulfur reaches the wood. With more powerful pointers you may be able to light the match w/o doing any of those above.
