What do you use your laser(s) for?

So I just ordered my FIRST laser excited to get it and enjoy it.


Wanna get a much wider variety of ideas though on things to use it for, would be great to hear what you all use your laser(s) for!

The same thing I use my TV, computer, stereo, swords, poi, and all my other toys for.

ENTERTAINMENT!

They look awesome, make everyone say wow, makes you feel like you can touch space. In general they are just cool to look at, oh and you can burn stuff to if your into that sorta thing.

Alot of people with tropical fish tanks use high power blues to exterminate fish tank parasites.

Besides that they are really not all that practical to use for anything, but that's not the point of a hobby, its supposed to be something that makes you happy in your free time and help you forget the stresses of your everyday life.

I have a old one but that is not working now so i am trying to find a good one which is affordable and working well.

well, many functions, it can be used in many places, like speech, outdoor etc.

with my lasers i like to burn stuff and just stare at the beam xDDD mind blowing

Mostly I just appreciate the beauty and behavior of beams of coherent color light interacting/reflecting/refracting with/from/through just about anything.

Whether I can burn, melt or light anything with a laser is of distant secondary importance.

@OP Mind sharing what laser you got? it's called a hobby for a reason, Cause it's exactly that.. A hobby.
