what is the best and easyest 1w kit with hot option?

ive spent alot of time searching through this site to find the best (quality,price) kit their are alot of links to 100s of kits
and where to buy them
so please could someone please post a link to a trusted seller for a hot option kit for a 1w blue laser and a link to someone who sells the 1w laser module/diode.
plus a tutorial on putting it together please
yes i know im asking for a hand holding tutorial,like many here this is my first laser build and would appreciate if there was a simple tutorial explaining everything with links to people that sell the items kind regards

PS: when you get your diode don't be to eager hooking it up on a 6 volt batt with some resistors just to see a preview of the beam that will kill it INSTANT
