I did a search and could not find any recommendation on good 26650 batteries. The only thing I am finding is to avoid anything with "fire" in the name. But, that is pretty much the only thing I can find available, aside from no-brand names wich I assume are no better.

The batteries will power a Copper Dominator

Greetings jhn, welcome to LPF!

You could try to contact Hakzaw1, a member here, he has had them (KingKong) in the past, IIRC at a good price also.

I have these, 1 piece of King Kong ICR 26650 3.7V 4000mah Li-on Unprotected Battery_Battery_Battery&Charger_Electronics Wholesale online

it's strange, the battery says 4200mAh, but the description says 4000mAh, but then there are these 1 piece of King Kong ICR 26650 3.7V 4000mah Li-on unprotected Battery_Battery_Battery&Charger_Electronics Wholesale online which have the same description, cost a bit less, and the battery it'self does say 4000mAh. it also says the supposedly higher capacity ones weigh more, which is strange. I seriously doubt there is much difference even if there really is a total difference of 400mAh.

not sure how shipping would work out, just thought I'd offer another source, the price looks comparable at initial glance.

like bowtieguy said, hak might have some, they would not have to ship from china

Blord probably has the foresight for this, but with flat top batteries like these, some kind of spacer is needed to make the connection. Blord included a magnet for me to use, I bet if you ask he will give you one too, that's if he doesnt do it automatically, which is pretty likely

I wonder if this is where Blord gets some of his hosts, they seem to originate from the same place

Top-quality OEM E2 HAIII 1x26650 CREE XM-L T6 Flashlight Host kit_OEM Flashlights_Electronics Wholesale online

I just got them. Compared to the 123's I have in other lasers, these batteries are HUGE!
They looked just like 123's on pictures. First charge took 24.5 hours.

are you charging at .5A? that does take forever. 2A is much faster, I've got a charger that does .5A, 1A, and 2A. something to consider if you don't want to wait a day, which is about how long I remember mine taking at .5A

I have an intellicharger i4, it doesn't have any current options.
But I did get 2 pairs of batteries. Can always leave one pair charging while I use the other.
