USPS tracking?

So, I ordered a couple of lasers from o-like on the 4th and they shipped on the 10th. now its the 28th and they haven't been delivered yet. when I enter my tracking number into the USPS website I get this

Origin Post is Preparing Shipment
Foreign International Dispatch, December 14, 2009, 12:53 pm, SHENZHEN, CHINA PEOPLES REP
Foreign Acceptance, December 12, 2009, 9:59 am

so I'm wondering, what does the part in bold exactly mean? I googled it but couldn't find anything about it. I hope somebody can answer this for me. I'm just worried that maybe they've been seized by customs or something:undecided:

usps tracking is a joke.
they dont update it until after the item is delivered.

and that means is is being loaded onto the plane/boat.
