For what particular reason you need to charge them via USB? The charger doesn't cost hundreds of grands and it's worth the buy. So these batteries seem to be useless for me.

Most people have usb ports in their car now...in their laptop and these batteries will charge in a charger too, but if you forget your charger the batteries can charge themselves anywhere.

Your negative post was a waste of your time and useless. Just like your bad grammar, one broken laser and other lasers "on the way."

You must be an angry person.

Someone may have a use for them as they are cheap and versatile.

Edit - Sorry, didn't notice you are Slovik... you get to slide on the grammar...but you are still angry, and have a useless reply.

Ghostchrome - I thought so too. :thanks: REP! - Your 660nm is sick BTW!

I don't have any pen style lasers, but I may get a few for other things I have around the house (uv flashlight, etc.). All my chargers are for 18650s and 16340s... if they start making these in the big Lithium Ions then I will definitely buy some!

Sorry - I think I was a little rough with gulftown.

Edit - HA! I just realized I probably can't rep yet with my scrub status... oh well!

i also agree they do pretty cool. to have a charger inside the battery itself.
now while it is a cool idea. one wonders how much battery life they had to sacrifice so that they could fit the usb port and charging circuit in it

This. To keep the batteries the same size they probably had to sacrifice a lot of capacity. While it is a cool idea I would rather just have a regular charger with a USB cord. A friend of mine has a converter that goes onto the end of a USB cord and turns into a basic 2 prong outlet.
