Yes give it a go, I would like to see how well it can burn at that power. Pop a balloon at least if you have one that's dark color and not red, try lighting a match, I know most matches are red and it probably won't easily light one of those but some matches are yellow, I think it may light one of those. It should have no trouble with black plastic, see if it can burn through a DVD case, my guess is it will take several minutes so maybe you can time it, my class 4 death rays can do it almost instantly. :na:
