I was playing D and D one night and trying to explain my character's psychic powers when I saw a bright blue dot appear on the wall for 3 seconds solid then disappear. It was roughly dime size and looked like either a laser pointer dot or as if someone was shining an led flash light at me. I know it couldn't have been either because it was far too stable to be a laser dot besides it was evenly colored without any light scattering.
It also wasn't a flashlight because there was no source that I could tell. It also couldn't
have been caused by looking at something too bright because the room was dimly lit for that to have been the case.

I did however notice that it left psychic energy behind afterwards. (I have a detector for such things).

About the video it is a common ghost ball. These things are living and strongly charged with psychic energy. Btw the being was seeking refuge by attracting the attention of someone who could protect it via the internet.

Actually I did like for more than a half hour I was shining my laser near the same spot and nothing happened.

Probably optical illusion that happens at night when you stare at a star too long ... I believe its called autokinesis. That would be cool if it was some sort of craft though, be it a black program or some other sort of UFO.

Sure but the batteries would get hot enough to fry eggs on before they exploded one by one like metal pop corn. Even if you managed to mod it well enough to get around this "design flaw" the batteries would still die after the first 5 seconds at best. Btw don't you know that aliens have mastered room temperature super conductors thus enabling a 100.0095% (or greater) efficiency due to harmonic resonant tuning with the multiverse. They have also mastered thermoelectric cooling thus enabling the creation of regenerative excimer lasers that fit in hand held devices. In short 99.999995% of the electricity put into one of these lasers is converted directly into photons or stored in the super conducting magnetic energy storage (SMES) unit until needed hence the batteries would work to run this device but it will drain the batteries promptly regardless of weather or not you're currently using the device. I would also like to add the super efficient solar cells painted onto the handle of one of these units meaning that you can charge it in the sun and it will get colder instead of hotter due to conversion of heat into electricity. (batteries are useless unless it's partly broken)
