TTL allows you to control the laser with an input signal. You probably won't need that feature until you do a more complex build.

that would allow you to modulate the laser ie. on/off at a certain rate. looks like in the driver you're looking at you will have to tie the ttl line to your positive to get full power. it's not a big deal to do. You can also look for a driver with out ttl.

Ok I kinda understand. So I would have to solder a 2 way wire to the TTL +VE and the Power + VE ???

That would work. Or just solder a jumper between TTL +VE and +VE then just solder 1 wire to the +VE. You just need to make sure to keep the input to the TTL +VE a high or over 2.5 volts in this case.

Oooo I see. Now I got to find out how to use a jumper but anyways thx :)
