Hello all

As the title says, are there Reputable / Certified sellers in the U.K.?

There are a few online UK based resellers of Chinese lasers, but I want something more safety conscious.

Does anyone know of any?

I have used the search function but came up cold.

I don't really know of any stores, but Morgan here on the forum is a seller in the UK and is a great reputable guy

Might be worth shooting him a PM or something.

Hello there,

Thanks for your feedback.

To any UK chaps or chapesses out there, If it turns out there are no UK retailers, how are customs and excise in general with the import of lasers to the UK?

I don't want to spend a fortune and only recieve an empty box.

Iv'e heard some horror stories.

Hello there,

Ta for the info, ive earmarked a pair of multi wavelength specs to purchase off them next week for my foray into the scary above 5mW world.

Anyone else got any shopping advice for a UK laserteer?

I've not had any problems so far *touch wood* I mainly purchase components rather than built lasers though. I have heard of people down marking the value and then labelling the product as something like "light pen."
