Sounds like a multiple personality disorder. mainly because of lack of attention.
This post on going ex-member and making a statement that the mission succeeded is due too the same reason i assume; lack of attention.

I hope so, too - his heart is the right place - he, and his family really need some counseling....sounds to me like his folks treat him as an inconvenience at present - but then again, a lot of 14 year old kids feel that way :-/

Well I do hope he comes back here. He is n a good place with us, and I think it would help to keep his mind off of things until/if he and his family ever work things out.
I know a lot of 14 year old kids feel the way he is feeling, on the other hand a lot of 14 year old kids feel as though their parents are over protective. I would much prefer the latter. At least I knew my parents loved me and did the best for me with what they knew. I could not even imagine what it would feel like to be an inconvenience......what a shame.
