Hi! Nice detailed review. I just purchased the Showwx projector, and I´m really disapointed :-(, after half an hour of projection some pink lines stats appearing and after a while the projector turns off and 2 leds become Red, Is there any solution? Or I have to send it as it says in the manual to the warranty? I paid $50 for the express shipiing to Uruguay, I want to cut my balls off.

matiasnz, try holding the power button down for 20 seconds.
This fixed my battery being out of sync because I did not precharge it for four hours.

I cant wait till somebody shoves some red and blue 5.6mm cans in one!

I was outside with mine tonite and I got it to be a lot brighter/crisper by adjusting that gamma setting and something else...

Re: Testing the Microvision SHOWWX Laser Pico Projector

Just got the showwx in. [...] I ran it for a bit off the AC adapter

I read in a review somewhere that the SHOWWX only runs off of battery power. Can you confirm that it can be powered by an external source regardless of the state of charge of its battery?

I've been running them without batteries. The original SHOWWX allows that at least.
