Hello. So I buy a spyder 3:sold: and i was searching on google info about the laser. I found good comment and bad. Well i hear that WL got ban from US, that true?. Any way my order id is 72xxx:shhh: and I receive a email saying that the receive my payment and the laser will be shipping on dec 12 or maybe sooner (i want to know if this is true) because so many ppl got there laser like 5 month ago and other lasers got suck on the US custom. So my ? is are WL are shipping fast? will i receive my laser on dec? WL is not ban in the US? custom stop confiscating laser? :thanks: Im from Puerto Rico if that help on the custom issue. (WL support work great with me the respone to me fast, i have send them 3 email and the respond quick). WL say all order will begin shipping in nov 29 2010

Wicked lasers is on the US customs watch list. Their lasers do not conform with FDA regulations even though they have paperwork saying they do. (no shutter or safety delay) If customs opens the package they will take it. They have taken many already. Lots of people have had issues with their lasers, and many people have had issues with customer support. As far as customs goes, PR is the same, PR is pretty much the 51st state, people of PR get to vote in US elections I believe and even have representatives in congress.
So sending an item from overseas to PR, it has to pass normal US customs. On the other side, being the 51st state so to speak, if an item is shipped from the USA to or from PR, it does not need to pass through customs at all.

Since it would be shipping from China and who knows how the customs are for PR. It might be easier to get one into PR, it's hard to say not knowing how the customs are in PR.
