Sorry your video was stolen Andy, but I think you are wasting your breath. A sizeable chunk of youtube's content infringes someones copyright. (Music videos, film clips etc.) I doubt youtube will even look at your claim.

perhaps you should make it say YOUR VIDEO in bigger and RED font, as i clicked on yours without realizing and i was ABOUT to give it 1 star and flamming on it, but i thought twice when i noticed the view count, then looked at the youtube name lol.
