This is an interesting thing about lasers. Due to the effect known as General RayLee scattering and the Eisenberg Principle, there is a holographic effect that is cast back on the face of the person who is operating the laser pointer making it oddly easy for the person to identify the laser pointer operator. It has gotten many a prankster caught! You were smart to ask this!

4 What do people think, when i point my 200 mW red pointer on them, when they are in their house at evening (night?) At 1 mile distance??

Well, red pointers are so common that all people now think, "some dumbbutt with a red laser pointer is shining a red laser pointer at us."

If you really want to freak them out, try a black light laser pointer!

i'm sorry do be a dick Remco, but your posts are some of the hardest things to read in the world and you don't have a very great understanding of the "enter" button for use in paragraphs. (Forgive me if you are just learning this language) But it's because people like you (Pointing at planes, annoying people w/ said lasers) that we have all these lasers laws and have our hard earned cash pretty much just be taken from us by US customs.
