Google "acoustic foam". You can cut the foam to the exact sizes and shapes you need. I actually use a laser for cutting the shapes into the foam. Just buy the most inexpensive foam you can find. They sell some really expensive foams that are manufactured to dampen noise but obviously thats not what you need it for so the cheap stuff is fine.

Sounds to me like you need to talk and find out what's really bugging her. Not organizing your laser stuff isn't a valid excuse to leave someone you love. And if they think it's a valid excuse to throw that away, maybe you'd be better off...Just my two cents.

I mean, if your stuff is all over the place and looks atrocious, then it definitely needs to be organized either way. But to threaten to leave over it is a bit out there. Good luck with whatever comes next. We're pulling for ya.

Yes I agree with Lotus that she is not being fair, we always ask for pictures when a member
is having problems with something, do have some pictures of her we could see :crackup:
 
I guess making her look into the aperture with the remaining eye is not an acceptable solution? Not being able to see the clutter does seem to solve the problem otherwise :D
 
Another thought...This time it's your stuff not being organized. What is going to be the issue the next time she threatens to leave? How about the time after that?

in attchment you'll find one of my cases (pick-out-foam.. kinda funny as some lasers in my case can easily cut their own space out of the foam lol)
