Shipping problems with laserbtb, help!!!!

Hello! I've been a member here for quite some time now and i know how loyal and respectful you guys are so i thought this would be the right place to turn to for help. I recently ordered this 100mW model from them (link below) and wrote in my address, phone number etc etc. So i get this mail from them saying

" Thanks for the order via laserbtb.

Please note in the member managing system:
your detailed information,and phone number,
Shipping address (we cannot deliver to a Postal Box)

please give me your Shipping address in english. ".

Ok, here's the thing. How in the hell am i suppose to write my address in english since my address contains swedish letters? My address's name is "Trossvägen" and since it contains an "Ä" do they mean that i am suppose to fill it in like "Trossvagen" instead? And my city's name is "Växjö". Do they want me to fill it in like "Vaxjo" instead? I'm sorry for being so utterly retarded but i have no idea how to do this, lol. And what do they mean with "(we cannot deliver to a Postal Box)" ? That they cant deliver it to my address at all? They want me to ship it to a nearby postoffice instead or what? Again, i'm really sorry for being so fucking stupid but my english isn't the best and i've never dealt with a problem like this before so.... Help is VERY appreacied! And sorry for posting here in General, but i dont know where to post it.... Cheers, Alexander

Hey Vandal,

What they mean by "we can't deliver to a P.O(Postal Box)" means your laser can't be shipped to your local post office. Postal boxes are those things you see inside a post office where people go to collect their mail.

And for the English I would go ahead and write it "Trossvagen" & "Vaxjo". Since as shipping country you put Sweden im sure your local post office will understand since I doubt there are thousand of "Vaxjo" cities in Sweden

But i never wanted to ship it to a P.O. I chose my own address.. And nope, there's only one Vaxjo :crackup: So all i have to do is fill it in like "Trossvagen" and "Vaxjo" and i'll be all set?

I know you want it shipped to your house, but you asked what they meant by we can't ship to a P.O box. Yes, just fill everything out and you should be ready to rock. Keep us updated just to make sure it gets to you safely

Im from sweden too, ordered from them and i wrote my adress normally and didnt have any problem getting it.
