Shame on O-like!! anyone have a spare label??

Hi

I bought my o-like 200mW green focusable laser.
I got the wrong 200mW laser, but was told it works the same way, so that should be ok so i was told by them!
Its like buying trousers, they all cover you up, so whats it matter what color they are & what they are made of & look like!!

I spent $160 on my laser! If they haven't got the laser in stock, they shouldn't have it on their site, its false advertising!

I wanted the one with the green 200mW warning label & 'Ancient laser V6' written on it! & i got a red laser sticker!
I got no box or instruction list or test sheet that i was told i'd get & whenever i asked what i would get, the reply was 'i can't remember'!
Also, it says the laser is transformable!!, i got 1 battery, when i thought i'd get 2, with the option to have it short or long! & i was abruptly told that i got a charger thrown in & that wasn't on the site!! I didn't ask for a charger, i have one, i just wanted the laser i ordered!
Rayfoss lasers i seen on here come in boxes, mine was just wrapped in bubble wrap & in an envelope with a 2"x5" piece of paper telling me not to stare into beam!!

After i was sent the laser, i got 1 word answers from Susie on msn, i was told it wasn't any point them sending me a sticker that i was due & now has stopped answering me after i wrote my review!!

So i got a laser i didn't order, it doesn't look like the one i ordered, was sent in a poor way & they won't rectify the situation, even though i spent $160, showing terrible after sales & bad attitude!!
Rayfoss seem much better! & from what i hear from people that have bought from them, have treated their customers well!

Does anyone have a green 200mW sticker they can send me or i can buy!! Like this one!! This is what my laser should look like, but with Ancient Laser V6 written in white!, also the laser is adapted for small battery.

Why do you need a sticker that says 200mW in green. Why do you need any sticker at all
Also not sure why it maters if the laser says ancient laser on it or not.
O-like.com is down right now, but from what I remember it clearly states it comes with a 18650 cell. If you want to use a rcr123 cell you can. just go buy one

Are you happy with the performance of the laser?

Hi waterface, I have a couple of GREEN STICKERS that say <200mW @ 532nm + the other usual laser info. (laser class, DANGER, LASER RADIATION, etc. If you want them, just PM me with your address. rob

That's a shame; there seems to be quite a few complaints about O-like lately. I'm not sure why they'd trash their hard earned reputation over one order...

rpaloalto, if i order something that i see & spend $160, i expect to get what i order, if not, take it off the site! Don't false advertise!!
It may seem petty, but its the principal & the way i was 1 word answered after i paid, but before i paid it was all very kind & as much help as i could get!

If i buy a shirt, thats blue & it arrives red, it still works, but i don't like red shirts!!
Thats the principal! & it wasn't a chocolate bar!!

The laser seems to work ok though!!

Yeah i also received the wrong laser i ordered the new style red focusable laser, but instead they sent me the old style dilda:cryyy:. but i talked to susie and she offered me a green 50mw laser with charger and batteries for 20 so I am happy!!!
