scifi laser fake?

Hi,
after 2 months i never get my laser or tracking info. I buy a laser from scifi laser store and i buy the fast shipping (5 days) but i always get NO INFO from tracking. Emailed many time for knowing what to do and never found a solution. I lost my money?

no you're not... may be Sci-fi never receive the e-mail.....sci-fi is a reputable company around here. try to send e-mail under a different address...the owner of sci-fi always there for the customer...

I talk a lot through email with scifilaser store. I think 10 or more email, and i got reply with image of package with tracking info from israel post, but i get never the info from israel post. "NO INFO AVAILABLE". Why i get this if i buy the fast shipping with tracking info?

The last mail i received from scifi laser is screenshot attached.

Then i go to israel post and check but always get "NO INFO AVAILABLE"

I think it's a joke.
AFTER 2 MOTHS NO INFO? The number is correct i check many times with scifi store.

Israel post is interesting. But none the less, about a month later I had my package from joker.

sorry but there is no excuse anymore about not recieving any email it seems the business of sci-fi has come to a part where it only gets frustrating for customers when buying and its been a long time now promises that things will get better so far not much action on that.. And then we have the trackign numbers which never seems to work or even be correct i dont get it does israel really have that bad postal system ? makes u wonder how things work there at all..

If u ask me there are better companies to buy from, sure a bit more expensive but you get prompt reponses on email, and correct tracking numbers, until he fix this i cant recommend anyone to buy from Sci-fi sorry.

Eitan does take care of his customers, things just seem to take a while with him. Tracking issues are common. You will receive your laser, or at the least a refund if he can't get the laser to you for whatever reason. Don't worry!

Personally I wouldn't buy from SciFi - had the same issues with the Osram 520nm diode GB organized by Eitan, things took forever to ship, then took forever to arrive, meanwhile none of the tracking numbers worked.

Try your tracking number on the Canada Post website. I had the same problem with Israel Post but my own country's USPS website worked. Make sure it's coming to you, i.e. it's your tracking number and not someone else's.

Here I am again reading one of these about SciFi, but you never know when someone is pulling something on Eithan so I won't jump to a conclusion, but he does get busy and sometimes overlooks an order it seems, he will take care of it though, so just hang in there.

For instance I waited 2 months for some lens and he did refund my money when they did not get sent.

I hope you don't think badly of the forum, there are many good suppliers here who work hard to provide excellent service and goods.

SciFi will make it right, but sometimes there is a missed order and some wait time, so on behalf of the forum let me say I am sorry to hear you have not received your goods, but it will get sorted out, this thread will get attention and a response I'm sure of it and SciFi will do what it takes to make it right for you, so hang in there.

It happens from time to time guys. Again old order.

We do have orders that arrive on time. And many happy customers. Here on the forum too. Check the reviews section.

I apologize for the inconvinicence. And we will take care of it asap.

Orders before christmas took a while to arrive. It is a well known problem here during these times.
