Replacement Host

Hey everyone!

Y'all might have seen my post earlier today asking about my 1W laser module. Well, the good news is that I ordered the batteries off of Amazon. The bad news is that, when I checked my Pocket Mini host, I accidentally dropped it onto my tile floor, and now the clicky tail switch isn't working.

I ordered the pocket mini build kit from CajunLasers, and I still have the aluminum heat sink that came with the kit. I'm looking to get a new host (not a pocket mini; getting everything together was frustrating to say the least) and I'd like one that works with the heat sink I already have.

Any suggestions?

Ha! I had to re-read your first post to see what information he possibly could have found to be such a treasure. Still trying to figure it out.
As for a different host you could use the Chrome mini. It is much nicer looking and the heatsink fits both.

I ordered the F22 because I saw the measurements were the same as the pocket (at least in diameter).

Hopefully it'll work

(And I didn't get what was so great about my post either the first time)

Don't think I ignored you; I just didn't see your post until AFTER I ordered the F22. Also,the chrome mini isn't really my favorite anyway....

I am 90% certain that heatsink will not fit the F22. Sorry bud. It is still a nice flashlight though.
