i don't think theres a limit to how many "bucks" you can get.
the WL "evo" model is closer to the DL 125, the EVO is foused and made for burning like the CNI laser. the WL fusion should not be able to burn anything without a lens. (well it can, but that's just because it's 125mW. which is kind of a lot)
the WL might be more stable now (they claim that, but there is no support yet because it's new) the DL (CNI model) might have some issues, but once you get a good one, you get a good one. DL will be much cheaper for the same burning power, it's just a little higher chance of getting a dud. (which is not their fault, DL will replace any non-performing lasers)
