Random Ir diode.

Hey i have some random 3 pined ir diode, what do you think the pin config is =?

Have a look inside the diode from the window the block bit will be negative and the pin with the wire connecting to the block will be positive... but i could be wrong :-/

Depends on what type of IR diode it is. If it is 808nm from a greenie then case is positive and when case pins is on the bottom, the one to the upper right is negative. If it 780nm (CD burner/player) then I can't remember what the pin out is, I think it is the same as reds though.
