Quick and dirty question: what voltage and milliamps for 200mw IR pump diode?

I know it's spec'd for 200mw, but don't know the model number or maker or anything, so any ballpark rates would be fine.

look at senkat's site, he has a ~200mw IR diode, probably the same mA and voltage and pinouts.
