I'm new to this whole laser thing and there are so many things that amazes me. For example, lasers in this video (link). Look at 1:15:00 in the video for example. Hard Bass 2012 (Live Registration Blu-ray) - YouTube. I've always been so fascinated by them. But i really don't know anything at all about them. How strong are they (mW)? Any smart person around here that's familiar with lasers like these?

Search for laser shows, liquid sky, and projectors. That should get you a lot of info.

As for the power(mW), when you have a laser show in public, the power can vary depending on how they are used. If the lasers are going to be shown directly into a crowd, at least in the U.S., you have to reduce the power to <5 mW.

With your video, since those are green lasers in a dark setting with lots of fog, they don't have to be very powerful.

Hope I helped, and do use the wonderful search bar, for it is the door to knowledge on all things laser.

Well all those effects are created by what is known as a laser projector. They are complex machines that do shoot laser beams but they make various effects by working with mirrors and pulses, also by combining the laser beams to form different colors. You can make a little google search on them and you can see that there are of various powers and prices.
