Question for Australians who have done business with O-Like

Cheers guys how are yas

I recently bought a 50mw from O-like. It arrived quickly, but is missing the on/off battery cover bit. I've contacted O-Like support a few times over the last couple days but haven't heard anything back, and I was told the torch would ship together in one package with the battery and charger coming later.

Should I just wait for the next package to arrive and hope the missing piece is in there, or should I be worried?

I've had packages shipped on the same day from the same post office arrive on 2 different days. I'd give it another week or so before worrying.

I'm not so much worried about the other package arriving on time, just wondering if O-like ships the end-cap separately when shipping to Australia.

Is that something they usually do?

I don't think the info above is correct.
O-like ship batterys and chargers seperately depending on the Courier used, they do not ship tailcaps seperately.

Uh oh, thanks for the info. Normally Susie has responded extremely quick but I haven't heard anything since I've mentioned this problem.

A few companies do that, so I'm guessing O-like does as well. Just wait for the other package to come.
