Question about Target Sports 143

Does anyone have any experience with this Target Sports 143 laser? I tried searching around for the manufacturer or user reviews and I didn't find much of anything. The price seems a bit low when compared to similar products. Thanks.

Well low power red lasers are dirt cheap, plus I see no elevation or windage adjustments so who knows how well it would actually align with the bore on whatever it was attached to.

So I think that pretty much answers the question on why it's so cheap. It's a low power red sight with no adjustments.
