I am using a 450nm laser diode that has a suggested mA of 300. I have a 1.25 amp driver, will that work or will I need a different driver?
 





Do you know where to find a round driver with an approximate diameter of 16.8 mm with 300 mA?
 
Okay so would a 445 mA work if 300 is suggested? Or should I go 220mA? How much would that reduce a 250mw diode?
