Question on 445nm 9mm diode lifecycle?

Ive been looking for awhile and haven't been able to find an answer. If you use the laser without overheating the diode(abiding by duty cycles) how many hours should one be able to get out of the 9mm diodes? Any info will help, thank you all very much!

Most likely more than you will ever use the laser. Depending on how hard you drive it of course.

There are no hard data on this. The life time depends on many factors, like the quality of the diode, the driver, heatsinking, duty cycle etc.
By example if the laser has a crappy driver with a lot of spikes then that is not in favor of the life time.

The bottom line is if you want long life for the diode then do not overdrive it.
But like everything in life, no pain no gain. :)

You probably will use 8-10 hours in your entire lifetime!
