Quality over power - questions

Id like to get some lasers that are in the 10-100mW range, but I am concerned about the dot and beam more than just having max power.

I don't know much about TEM stuff or phases or all that. I'd like red, green and/or blue with really nice, tight, round dots even at some distance.

So my question is, are there any known laser pens/pointers that are known for the QUALITY of the beam and dot?

I appreciate any tips and pointers or suggestions on lasers that fit the bill.

For green (532), you'll get a nice dot from a Laserglow (CNI):

For blue, you probably want a single mode, which are a bit more rare. For that, I'd encourage you to get it custom built by someone on the forum.
