The more expensive one could have significantly better beam characteristics etc. Some technologies don't necessarily scale up very well either. Many parts of lasers get significantly more expensive as they get bigger.

Click to expand... well the 35000 one has about 8 times more power so 8 times 1100 is 8800 so there is 27000 difference there... so proberly its because the more powerful diodes/dpss are alot harder to make so they cost a TON more.
