I am fairly new to the forums and caught on with the whole lpm power measuring for your laser. I was interested in getting one and was wondering if my multimeter could or will work as one heres the meter--

MN26T - MiniTec™ Autoranging Digital MultiMeter

Notice how the bottom 2 holes(positive, negitive) are removable and it also measuers V and Mw...
I was wondering instead of the power measuring needle prong things i can unplug it and put it a pad to point my laser at and it will tell me The power or
Something like that??

I just checked the Data Sheet and it does NOT measure Mw or mW.
What kind of "pad" do you want to connect to that DMM..

If you are talking about a Thermo Electric Cooler element then you
can measure some variations on its output by applying some heat
to one side.

There are many DIY LPM projects on the Forum... I would suggest
you do a search...
