here are the dimensions

front - 17.5 inches
length - 21 inches
height - 5.25 inches

dimensions of front center hole
width - 5 inches
height 4 inches

These housings can hold a lot of weight, they originally held several batteries. Each unit originally weighed close to 200 pounds (with all batteries and wiring intact). I am not sure what the housing is made of, I believe aluminum, but i am not 100% sure.

would like some better pics of the inside, as well as what u are trying to get out of these. they are much too short for any split deck assembly, so it would need quite alot of positive dist controlled airflow to be worth a damn.

Well i realize that someone would have to make cuts in the housing to install proper cooling etc...
I was mainly wondering if these would be of interest to anyone here?

cuts in the housing is the least of our worries here. what im saying is the design and dimensions of these would mean cramming all the components into the same space, causing quite a bit of heat. i would be one of the types that would be interested but would need a better look

I am selling these for $70 + shipping costs (which will be low). I am only shipping to the continental US.

I will deffinately be interested in a housing like this. Unfortunately my funds are a little low after the galvos and DAC. If you have any left in a month or two I will probaly buy one.

Does it have a lid?
