I decided to polish my laser pointer since I thought it looked fugly. It is a "5mW" 405nm New Wish pen which probably outputs around 30mW. The front part is brass with a copper cap. The rear part is crappy pot metal with a copper cap and threads. Here are some pictures:

Not a bad looking Beam for a 5mw.

Yeah wish my 5mw looked like that. Was that a long exposure image you took?
