Is there a way to track my order from deal extreme after it leaves hong kong? if so, which site would i use to do this (i live in the U.S.) and which number would i use? i.e. the receipt number or the one from the hong kong site. Any help appreciated! Thanks!

log in to your dx account & click the order number...or @ the pager where you login choose order tracking(on the left)...

Well yeah i did that and it said that it left hong kong on december 18. what i mean is can i track it after that?

That seems to be all it ever says...I have never had any tracking beyond HK.
I don't bother checking any more, it always arrives in its own good time ;)

Do you not get a pull-down box to select the country destination? I get one for Canada, and all have to do is past in the Tracking Number in the Canada Post Tracking page that comes up. Does your countries postal system allow tracking?

In Australia you can call the post office / service number and quote the tracking number and they will tell you where it is. I imagine your country may have the same sort of thing.

I guess i'll just have to wait lol im growing really anxious its been 23 days! probably because of the holidays, would be quite funny if it arrived today-the day AFTER Christmas lol
