Err...maybe im missing something and please correct me if wrong but...i think u guys totally missed post #11:

The prices have not changed, when I went to check the prices I noticed the currency has been changed to Canadian dollars making everything seem more expensive. The prices in US dollars are the same as yesterday.

set is right, for some reason the default currency is canadian dollar but once u change it to USD prices goes back to normal...

I agree with laserbee, it's nobodies business but o-likes, they owe no one an explanation.
That said, just look at the economy and you'll get your answer.
Fuel/energy and grocery prices have skyrocketed this price year.
It takes energy to make products, the metals have to be mined and extraced from rock, that takes fuel/oil, machining, assembly, every step of the way uses more energy.

The price of the Yuan has increased between 15-20% vs. the US dollar over the past 3 years with most of that increase in the past year.
China is also experiencing inflation of ~5.5%

This is more than enough reason and in fact our prices will be going up in the very near future as well because our costs and our supplier's costs are going up and when their costs go and the value of the dollar vs. yuan goes down. Somethings gotta give, you either raise prices or find ways to remove cost out of your products so the price can remain the same and this is done by removing material and using cheaper, lower quality components.
I choose to keep the quality & performance even though prices will go up.
This is like Frito-lay and all the other food manufacturers saying that the consumer would rather reduce the contents of a 14oz bag of potato chips to 11oz and keep the size of the packaging the same and reduce the contents by 20%. Rather than keeping the product the same and raising prices.

Unbelievable. Entire thread on NOTHING.

Don't you people read answers?

There has been no price increase at O-like.

They just changed the default currency to Canadian Dollars from some reason.

Change it back to US dollars and all prices will return as they used to be.

I am the third to say it.

LOL.

WOW - this thread progressed in a weird direction since last night.

@set - Thank you for noticing and pointing it out (first I mean).

So there hasn't actually been a price increase and the thread lives... with some interesting responses too.

Wonder if they are getting more Canadian and US customers:thinking:
