So the other day I went over to daguins and we were trying to decide what was up with my new green laser. Anyways after some looking around and trying everything we could we decided it was something with the crystal and it just couldn't be fixed so I decided to keep it and live with it the way it was until I find a new, better fix. BUT there is good news ! I finally got a new LPM ! It works great I personally really like the look, especially the huge thermopile. Dave is a really great guy, I enjoy our talks a lot. I was a little bored tonight so I decided to take some pics of my new meter. I actually got a new case for my builds instead of carrying them around in a mail envelope after a near tragic accident when dropping them into the gutter( I yelled "SAVE THE 8X !" haha) Alright well here it is in action !

Haha it's the though that counts Glenn ! :D

Oh man after that almost tragic accident with ALL of my builds going into the gutter and ALL of them surviving I knew it was pushing my luck if I didn't XD

But yes having my new LPM I feel as if I have just entered a new threshold into the laser community. I have already used it countless times even though I know all of my mW outputs for each now . It's just so much fun ! haha !

Consider yourself fulfilled. You can die happily now :)

Is that a Pelican case? Where did you get it and how much did you pay for it? Thanks.

I got it from Dave from what I know he has 2 left but I'm not sure if they're operational. I worked out a deal with him so I got it for pretty cheap but you should shoot him a PM and see if there's anything you can work out.

Haha yes after I walked out and was like wow, my life is complete lol. Dave's a great guy I really enjoy talking with him and asking about/ looking at lasers. It's pretty much a pelican case although there is no official logo on it saying "Pelican". I just picked it up at my work original price was ~35$ but after my discount was about 16$ that's tax included. I was looking at getting another soon. I'm running out of room for all my lasers haha.

Things are always less expensive when you can pick them up. I also include the nice-guy discount which ExPk qualified for. On top of all of that, you first came here with the ScopeGuy20 seal of approval. That's worth $20 all by itself ;)

I have one available that is the same model (365) as this one. It is $250.

The other one is a model 364. The 364 is an analog meter. That means it has a swinging needle instead of digits. It also has a calorimeter, (the "head") that has a 4 inch thermopile, instead of the 1 inch that EzPk's has! That one is only $150.

Those prices are plus shipping. These are pretty big as you can see from EzPk' pictures. They won't fit into a flat rate box. Shipping will vary based on where you are in relation to 91744

I don't have 220V available, but we could always have a mini laser-meet-up here if anyone else is interested.

(If you drink more than one drink an hour, I will not let you drive :barf: )

Peace,
dave
