I need to know ,is there any uniform laser line modules which they have multiple lines.i need a laser that should have generated more than one line.about 25 lines(all are vertical and parallel) is very good.are there anyone who can tell me how to build that meets above requirement.please can you tell me..

i need this kind of laser for my 3d face recognition system.this laser is pointed front of the face with multiple laser lines.these laser lines are horizontal and parallel.so i need to generate multiple lines in one laser.
can you tell me how to generate multiple lines using a one laser??

You could use scanner .. ie. motorized mirrors. But that would be more expensive and more complicated.

i am going to use a NIR laser , so can that laser also generate the multiple lines using diffraction grating??

^Yes. Standard gratings/line generators will work with any laser between 360nm and 1500nm and possibly outside that. Pick a grating with a lower line-count (lines/mm) to get more lines to project. Did that make sense? :undecided:

yes thank you,but i need to know what kind of diffraction grating should i use?

would this glass meets the requirement what i need ?? Also this glass has Size 57*42*3 (mm).what is this meant by??
Also how can i find the amount of lines will be created by this glass??
