need battery help!!!!

Hey guys. i'm making a custom host and wanted to make something different. well I found some 3.7 volt 800mah batteries. does it make a difference if they are flat and rectangle. i planned on putting 2 together with a rkcstr (adjust. 80-255ma) driver and a blu ray ld.
