I couldn't figure out if I should post this in the green or the blue area, so I put it here. This is my latest complete waste of time project. I say that because it has no practical purpose or use but I thought it would be cool to build. The blue is 445 @1.5 the green is around 300ma. i think. If you want to see it work go here..http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ezi27mVjibI&context=C307010aADOEgsToPDskI_hho2BS8_CpzGjS8t6N89
the video is poor but you'll get the Idea.

Even if this 'gun' did nothing, you can take reward from the fact that
its not something bought off the shelf... Looks awesome :D

If I ever find the time I want to make one of those in BB or pellet. Would
take one hell of an air source, but well worth it in the end.

Nice work!

Now, make it in 405nm and shoot at a glow-in-the-dark stuff! (445nm should charge most GITD stuff too, IIRC)

Ummmmmmm....
Those external websites are all blocked to me here at work.
Can someone give a brief description of the video, please.
It looks like an awesome build but the 2 still pictures do not include any sort of beamshot(s) so the application as it relates to lasers remains unknown.
:(
This is hurting your OP. I never say many nice things without a beamshot or two.

I luv it!
I want one of those in a .22 LR, for those occasions when the ground squirrels attack.

Far out man C:cool::cool:L this is piece of work for sure, I can't wait to see the tank your going to make that this will mount on.

Nice work :gj: did you make all of it from raw stock or was any of the components other items in a previous life.

IMHO it needs a RED laser to really make it pop, try a 635nm they are running them way up there in mW's now so give it a shot ;)

The tripod is from a cheap led flashlight, other than that all raw materials. The beams only come out one tube. I had to plug the others cause it just looked like a solid beam when rotating at this speed.

The vid shows the barrels spinning and laser "beam bursts" in green and blue at the same time, then individuality.try searching "hydguy11" on youtube.
