It's fine to post questionable sites, just make sure you list them in a different section.
This certainly is spam. I would recommend you ask for the thread to be deleted and make a welcome post. From the looks of it and some experience dealing with Google translate, it looks like this what you are using. That's my guess :)

Maybe you don't know what spam is. I don't know why they would want their thread deleted, it was made with a purpose, which given a bit more effort (more reviews per site, better formatted OP) could be a nice resource.

Hey, to me, it comes across as spam. It's there first post and they said nothing about anything else or their interest in lasers.

I also have a good list of favorite places of laser pointers worldwide. What would be the correct way to share it with you without it being spam?
