i really want a LPM but not for a high price. i was wondering if anyone knows where i can buy one?
i dont mind if its crappy quality, as long as it works and reads adequately within
(50mw)
im not very picky with this.
i would like the price to be under 100$

You can get either the Radiant Alpha for $100 here: Radiant Alpha
It has a thermopile sensor and it reads up to 2000mW but are they always out of stock.

or the HLPM II for $70 here: Products
It has a optical sensor, so you need to use correction charts when measuring lasers other than red. It reads up to 200mw You need a multimeter to read the voltage determining the power. But, they are smaller, and always in stock and ready to ship.

That depend on what Max power of Lasers you want to meter...
