LPM for IR and 100 - 500mW

HI everyone,
I seriously have read tons but the more I read the more confused I get, mostly due to old threads and or no stock available

I am looking for a LPM that is 100% or at least 99% accurate.
Specifically just needed at this time for IR and 100 to 500mW.

I don't need a super fancy one just basic with a digital readout.

Any/All input is appreciated ... please I would be very happy to buy one from one of you just need to know who/what and where

Then you're going to be spending $10,000 or much more.

If you can lower your standards to +/-3% accuracy, that'll run you $1000 or more. If you can lower your standards to +/- 5%, you're down to $300 or so for a DIY solution.

ooops I think I should not have said 99%. There are so many variables out there.
I thought at one time someone had them for around $100?
For real +/- 5% would be A-ok I might have to make my own. I do realize there is wicked expensive ones out there .. I kind of thought they were becoming a thing of the past except for super high-tech laser industries and such. Now that I am not being so fussy more input would be appreciated. TIA
